The PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce's Business Expo will take place in Lansdale in early April, and local businesses are being encouraged to register to take part in this annual event.

A Green Fair is coming soon to Souderton in March.

The PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Committee is presenting the Small Business University later this week - an event which features several seminars on how to succeed in today's business climate.

Many organizations are dedicated to providing art instruction to the public and one such group is the ArtClash collective. One of its projects, Fun A Day, will be marking its ninth year in 2013.

Everyone wants to find unique gifts to give to their friends or family. Local craft fairs are the perfect place to find something that is both handmade and original. Many of these local fairs also help to raise much needed funds for the organizations that hold them. The Bridle Path Frosty Fest is one such example.

The 62nd annual Mardi Gras Parade will take place on Main Street between Mitchell Ave. and Park Dr. in a few weeks time. While it is free, a special commemorative button will be on sale for $1. The parade is presented by the Lansdale Mardi Gras Committee.

The next First Friday Lansdale will take place in Downtown Lansdale a week today. This is a free event, although donations will be gratefully accepted. October's First Friday is presented by MOMS Club of Lansdale, a non-profit organization that raises funds to provide support and services for stay-at-home moms and dads. The PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce is presenting a women's networking luncheon at Cedarbrook Country Club in Blue Bell on September 19 from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM. Tickets are $35 for chamber members and $38 for non-members.
